Shipping Origin

T8 Capture Card orders are shipped from China.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Service and Delivery Estimates

We primarily ship through UPS or DHL. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

United States: 3–7 business days
Other international destinations: 7–10 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local carriers, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Free standard worldwide shipping is available for the T8 Capture Card. Shipping availability and charges for other products, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided after your order is shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
